Mark Reason began as a rugby reporter with the Sunday Times before joining the Telegraph, where he became golf correspondent for the Telegraph group and chief sports correspondent for the Sunday Telegraph.

After moving to New Zealand, he became a sports columnist for Stuff. Mark has covered multiple Olympic Games, Rugby World Cups, golf majors and tennis Grand Slams. Before entering journalism, Mark read English at Cambridge University.
