Jody O'Callaghan has been a journalist for nearly 15 years, based in Wellington, Palmerston North, and Christchurch and working mainly within Stuff's mastheads: The Dominion Post, Manawatu Standard, and now The Press.

Her rounds have included court, education, and most recently working with Christchurch mosque attack victims since March 15, 2019. She is passionate about elevating voices from within Aotearoa's diverse communities, and never stops feeling honoured to hear and share their stories.
