Aaron Goile is a senior sports journalist at Stuff, with more than a decade of experience.

Born in Hamilton, he started at the Franklin County News in Pukekohe in 2009, covering mostly sport, before moving to the Waikato Times sports desk six months later. At Stuff he has covered a wide range of sport, with a particular highlight being the Waikato-Bay of Plenty Magic’s historic ANZ Championship netball title win in Melbourne in 2012. From 2016 he has covered the Chiefs in Super Rugby, is a regular contributor to Stuff’s All Blacks coverage, and its live sport blogs.
